Cafe Manager
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,400 – SGD 4,000
Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café.
* Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
* Ensure quality customer service and address customer feedback professionally.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.
* Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.
* Work closely with management to achieve operational and sales objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or a related field.
* Barista certification or relevant professional coffee preparation training preferred.
* Experience in coffee preparation, beverage quality control, and café operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
* 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
