You will achieve personal sales targets by selling assigned product range using technical, and customer knowledge to serve and assist customers by applying product solutions to their needs resulting in revenue generation
Main Responsibilities
Promotes and sells the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve sales targets. Utilizes current Siebel CRM systems in the sales process efficiently, and reports on leads and sales activities regularly.
Pursues sales leads, visits existing and new customers, assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products and services, respond to customer enquiries, negotiates prices and delivery times and concludes sales orders.
Identifies, research, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships generating future sales and repeat business. Refers sales leads, customer’s feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization. Identifies leads for other business units, promotes cross-selling activities and culture in the organization.
Establishes annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedules own activities ensuring targets are met. Develops sales plans with key clients.
Monitor the payment due dates for each account and thereafter follow up with customers.
Maintain relationship with customers

About the Role
You are responsible to lead and manage sales activities, sales development and establishing loyalty among customers in own business area to achieve designated sales targets. Meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. Report to General Manager Sales – Industrial Service.
Main Responsibilities
Leads and directs sales team activities to meet the organization’s objectives. Owns the key account management responsibilities over most important clients, sells company's products and services actively.
Responsible for performing Business Reviews with agreement customers, utilizing our online customer portal, aiming to renew expiring service agreements.
Prepare quotations, tenders and negotiate terms based on company Contractual Instructions guideline and grant levels of authority approval. Ensure that sales offer meet the company's profitability targets and allowable contract terms.
Regular follow up with customers on all pending new/renewal agreement and update to Siebel Sales Funnel activities.
Update or enrich all information on asset data quality in Siebel before converting the order.
Maintain and develop business relationship with customers so as to build up long term business continuity.
Promote the sales of Service/Modernization to customers as and when the opportunity arises and passes on the enquiries to Service/Modernization Sales Representatives for follow up with potential customers.
Promote YKC adoption to all agreement customer and Checkapp packages in bundling New/Renewal Agreement.
Implement parts sales strategy jointly with Parts sales representative by developing new parts list to customers in order to help achieve parts orders and sales targets for the Division.
Perform field activities according to HSE procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standards.
Provide input to General Manager Sales Industrial Service on expected orders and sales for New/Renewal Agreement to help with budget estimation for the following year.
Leads, directs, evaluates, coaches and develops a team of sales team. Manages the sales related activities through the CRM systems, ensuring appropriate target setting, reporting, lead identification and reporting. Ensures the sales process is managed efficiently through the CRM system.
Coordinate with Planner and ensure all are met when there is an update of changes; schedule, site requirement, safety standard, delivery timeline, etc.
Assist Finance and Administration team to follow up with customers to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts.
Responsible for cross-functional operations, ensuring all tasks are completed according to sales and marketing strategies.
