About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive project sales in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with sales strategy to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing project sales plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to propose effective system solutions.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products.
• Prepare timely sales forecasts, reports, and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, or HVAC projects or components).
