JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filling calibration process, data and prepare report as required.
• Cooperate with the technical department to serve customers.
• Monitor and control all customers order status such as delivery and any other requirement are met.
• Monitor document validity, review dates, and initiate updates when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Competent in MS Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a team, independently and drive for continuous improvement.

Pre-Contract

1.⁠ ⁠Taking Off quantity, pricing and prepare tender/ contract document

2.⁠ ⁠Prepare bills of quantity

3.⁠ ⁠Sourcing of sub-contractor and supplier

4.⁠ ⁠Cost comparison and costing summary

5.⁠ ⁠Tender/ quotation clarification and negotiation

6.⁠ ⁠Tender report and recommendation report

Post-contract

1.⁠ ⁠Prepare, monitor and tracking of project budget cost and cost control

2.⁠ ⁠Prepare and monitor materials delivery and order status

3.⁠ ⁠Prepare and valuation of progress claim (client and sub-contractor)

4.⁠ ⁠Prepare and negotiation change order and variation order

5.⁠ ⁠Final account with client, sub-contractor and supplier

Job Requirements:

• Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably more than 2 years & above in construction line working experience
• Have experience in project sites
• Able to work with minimum supervision

We're looking for an energetic, commercial-minded Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen dealer networks across the Northern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Manage key dealers and retail accounts
3. Improve floor share, displays and POSM execution
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
5. Executive promotions, launches and trade campaigns
6. Train retail staff and promoters on product knowledge
7. Oversee dealer credit standings and collections

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years sales experience ( CE, HA, FMCG or retail preferred )
2. Strong knowledge of Northern Region dealer networks
3. Able to communicate in Chinese and Hokkien
4. Willing to travel frequently
5. Strong negotiation, relationship-building and analytical skills
6. Independent, driven and proactive
7. Valid driving license
