We are seeking an experienced and relationship-oriented professional to lead the School's Advancement & Development efforts. Reporting to the Director, Office of the Dean, the Senior Associate Director will drive fundraising, donor engagement, alumni relations, and strategic partnerships in support of the School's priorities. · Advise and assist clients to comply with transfer pricing rules and plan comprehensive tax and transfer pricing strategies through the use of Organisation for Economic Cooperation (OECD) Guidelines and Singapore Transfer Pricing Guidelines' methodologies.

· Advise planning opportunities to our clients based on the OECD and Singapore TP Guidelines.

· Undertake functional analysis interviews, benchmarking studies and analysing the clients' issues to prepare transfer pricing documentation

· Project manage regional and/or global transfer pricing projects.

· Assist with transfer pricing aspects of tax authority queries or formal audits.

Requirements

· Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Tax, Accounting or other relevant disciplines with 8-10 years of TP experience preferably in the Asia-Pacific and/or Europe Region and from a professional services firm.
