Role summary: Execution lead for the group’s corporate affairs, communications and engagement in Singapore, owning JSL Group’s brand presence, stakeholder relationships, employee engagement and community programs.
KeyResponsibilities
•    Execute the majority of the group’s engagements and stakeholder relationships in Singapore, including coordination, briefings, follow-through and maintaining the engagement calendar.
•    Own JSLGC brand communications: manage the company’s social media (LinkedIn), website content and PR/media, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
•    Develop corporate and executive content, including press releases, announcements, newsletters, web copy and thought-leadership /executive messaging.
•    Drive employee engagement across internal and external activities, including town halls and staff events that strengthen culture.
•    Lead corporate social responsibility and community programs end-to-end, including philanthropy partnerships, staff participation and reporting.
•    Manage crisis and issues communications, preparing proactive and reactive materials to safeguard the group’s reputation.
•    Support senior leadership with briefing notes, talking points and correspondence ahead of external and stakeholder engagements.
•    Plan and manage events, sponsorships and partnership activations, including budgets, logistics and post-event reporting.
•    Track policy and stakeholder developments, measure communications activity against agreed metrics, and advise leadership on positioning.
Requirements
•    5-8 years’ experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, public affairs, government relations or CSR.
•    Hands-on experience managing communications channels, social media (LinkedIn), website content and PR/media.
•    Strong writing and content-production skills, with a track record of executive-level and external-facing materials.
•    Demonstrated experience engaging government, institutional or community partners in Singapore.
•    Crisis and issues management experience, with discretion handling sensitive, confidential information.
•    Able to manage multiple senior stakeholders and competing deadlines independently, with sound judgment.
•    Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or a related field.
