 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

• Ensure contract management and administration are fully compliant with contract terms and conditions, as well as Contract Management Policy and Audit Compliance

 Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

• Monitor and ensure all vendors and service providers adhere to the house rules.

• Develop and counsel staff. 
• Conduct briefings with department’s supervisors along with service partners, always maintaining open channels for communication and feedback.
• Supervise various operations as and when required.

We seek a dynamic leader to head up our volunteer management team consisting of three people. Reporting to the CEO, this position helps to bring clarity and collaboration in the organisation’s role as a “SG CARES” centre for Sembawang.

Focus areas include building sustainable community partnerships, fostering corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and attracting retaining and developing volunteers to enable the organisation to fulfil its mission: to serve seniors with love and care. The position also entails overseeing the planning and execution of outreach and fundraising events.

What will you need to thrive in the role?

·    A tertiary degree not limited to eldercare or social services with 8 or more years of supervisory experience would ideally be the platform for the successful candidate.

·   Leadership, partnership & event management experience are also essential.

·   Excellent communication and presentation skills to various stakeholders are vital

·   Digital literacy including being adept with social media platforms has to be of a high order.

·    Having a genuine caring disposition for seniors will go a long way to win over volunteers to the cause.

·    Multilingual capability would be advantageous

·    Problem-solving & decision-making skills and to apply them effectively to navigate ambiguous situations would be useful.

·    Being prepared to work beyond standard work hours including weekends

Fund Operation Manager (VP)

Roles & Responsibilities

• LP Onboarding
  Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Portfolio Company Onboarding
  Coordinate the onboarding of new portfolio companies and ensure all required documentation, KYC, and operational setup are completed.
• Investor Relations (IR)
  Lead LP communication and support, including regular reporting, updates, and responding to investor inquiries.
• Review of Legal Agreements
  Conduct initial reviews of fund-related agreements, investment contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with external counsel.
• KYC / AML & SOF/SOW Verification
  Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs, external vendors, and new investees.
• Portfolio Monitoring
  Track portfolio performance, financial updates, and key operational metrics.
• Capital Call & Distributions Management
  Prepare, execute, and communicate capital calls and distributions to LPs.
• Investment Due Diligence
  Support due diligence processes for potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
• Regulatory Compliance
  Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and maintain internal compliance standards.
• Audit Coordination
  Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and timely audit processes.
• Fund Accounting
  Maintain accurate accounting records for investment funds, including NAV calculations and reconciliation.

Job Summary

Position conditions:

1. University degree or above, major in human resources, business management, more than 5 years of working experience, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;

2. Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode and practical experience accumulation, have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management, at least proficient in recruitment, performance, training three modules, able to guide the work of each functional module;

3. Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and policies on human resource management in Singapore and Malaysia;

4. Excellent communication and public relations ability, with the ability to solve emergencies;

5. Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems；

6. Have the ability to build team members from 0 to 1;

7. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and colleagues in China.

Responsibilities

• In charge of managing daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.
• In charge of leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules for the various operations supporting customer requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment by setting and driving 6S standard.
• Responsible for respective consumable spending, delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Involve in supporting and participating in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Conduct routine cell and tool box meetings with effectively.
• Responsible for maintaining a motivated and disciplined workforce and promote a positive working environment to improve employee morale.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams in resolution of any issue that may impact production/quality.
• Responsible in identifying opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste.
• Taking charge of managing proper and accurate updating of ERP system (Syteline).
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
• Min 5 years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years of experience in a supervisory
• Experience in CNC machining and Welding Process
• Experience in GDT is a must
