Overall Purpose of this Post:

Staff Management

1. Lead a team of Tutors and chair team meetings.

5. Update Tutors of changes to school policy.

Student Progress

1. Manage the Grade’s reporting process.  Supervise the team of Tutors in the production of reports ensuring that deadlines are met and that the reports are of requisite quality.  
2. Monitor the academic progress of individual students by reviewing student reports and data, and following up, where required, with students, parents and teachers.
3. Monitor the participation and engagement of students within their Enrichment Programme, and ensure expectations are met with regards to commitment to Service, CCA and Outdoor Education
4. Take part in and lead organisation of Parent/Teacher Consultation evenings, and organise parent/guardian meetings and case conferences with appropriate personnel as required.
5. Ensure effective transitions between one stage of school life and the next. This may include the Elementary to High School transition / Selection of IGCSE subjects / Selection of IBDP subjects. 
6. In conjunction with the Vice-Principal (Senior School) and the Senior Council students, organise the Orientation Programme for the relevant grade. Develop an Induction Programme for new students who are admitted late, ensuring the best possible integration into the student body.
7. Communicate specific student needs to all members of staff, as appropriate (including specific Learning Development needs, health issues etc).
8. Write and research references as requested.
9. Oversee the organisation of regular Grade assemblies.

Student Welfare

1. Get to know all students in the year group as well as possible. 
2. Regularly communicate with parents/guardians of students in the year group, and develop positive working relationships with the Parent Support Group (Meeting regularly with the PSG).
3. Refer students to Assistant Principal (Safeguarding) and Deputy Safeguarding Lead when there is a need for counselling.
4. Work collegiately with the Learning Support Department, particularly regarding students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (hold regular Support Service Meetings).

Attendance

1. Promote and celebrate good attendance and punctuality.
2. Ensure that Tutors register effectively, and that they intervene with students/parentswhen absence within the Tutor Group becomes a concern.
3. Monitor Grade attendance and punctuality, and develop intervention strategies toaddress any problems identified.
4. Liaise with Learning Coordinators and the Vice Principal (Wellbeing & Achievement) concerning intervention for persistent absentees.

Student Behaviour and Engagement

1. Celebrate and recognise achievement within the year group, and organise celebratory assemblies or share information in newsletters etc.
2. Reinforce all aspects of the Behaviour for Learning Policy. In particular liaise with the the Vice-Principal (Senior School) and Tutors to ensure that high standards of behaviour and uniform are maintained, and oversee records of behavioural issues. 
3. Implement monitoring arrangements of our most vulnerable students or those with a high frequency of behavioural issues (such as Report Cards or PSP).
4. Keep parents/guardians informed about any issues involving their child (positive or negative).
5. Provide opportunities for positive interaction within the Grade for example end of term socials.

The Senior Manager is responsible for developing and securing funding partnerships across corporate, philanthropic, and institutional partners that align with EQUAL’s mission and programmes.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a Engineering, Construction or a related field.

• Experience in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) with Quality Management (QM) requirements.

• Strong knowledge of BCA quality standards, ISO audits, and CONQUAS assessments.

• Experience in large-scale projects and main contractor roles in LTA or building projects is a plus.

Role Purpose

Key Outcomes  

This individual will oversee all strategy, planning, deployment, operations and maintenance of customer programs in Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia and other regions). Working in partnership with Customer and Market Experience teams (CME), the Sr. Manager, Solutions Delivery will be the liaison for all customers and must be able to oversee the resources managing multiple concurrent engagements adeptly. Act as the senior customer-facing advocate within Itron, while maintaining strong relationships with utility customers and channel partners. Ensure customers achieve expected benefits across operational performance, delivery milestones and broader business transformation objectives. Proactively identify risks to customer success and coordinate cross-functional mitigation actions.  Accountable for accurate and timely financial reporting for customer engagement programs.

• Services & Delivery Leadership
  Provide senior oversight across multiple concurrent projects; ensure alignment of expectations, contracted scope and realised outcomes; escalate and resolve services related issues that threaten satisfaction or long‑term value; drive quality gates and first‑time‑right execution. • Post‑Sales & Value Realisation

• Internal Alignment & Governance
  Serve as the liaison and coordination point between customers and internal Itron teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, development & Support). Maintain a program‑level dashboard (status, risks, margin, CoNQ, CSAT) and report to internal/external stakeholders. Coach and develop regional talent and contribute to APAC customer success frameworks and playbooks.

• Team Leadership
  Mentor PMs and cross‑functional teams; foster an enduring matrix organisation with capacity planning and deploy sustainable work patterns across time zones. A key member of the APAC Customer Success Leadership team; expected to actively contribute and participate in meetings, initiatives, decision making and represent the region, as needed.

• Commercial & P&L Stewardship
  Own services P&L inputs (utilisation, revenue, margin) with Finance; support negotiation of complex contracts/change orders; partner with Services Excellence & Proposals teams to standardise offerings.

• Partner & Ecosystem Enablement
  Lead improvements to APAC go‑to‑market with channel partners, system integrators and strategic services offerings to scale delivery and adoption.

Experience & Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 7 years implementing and managing large‑scale, multi‑phase programs/projects across cross‑functional teams.

Preferred

• 10+ years in telecommunications networks (preferably wireless) and/or enterprise‑scale software deployments; utility domain expertise (AMI, MDMS, DERMS etc.) advantageous.

• Experience in integration and deployment of large scale IoT devices and platforms into the client's existing infrastructure.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, telecommunications or electrical engineering; MBA preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Certifications

• PMP or Prince2 preferred.

Description

•Prepare comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation that clearly outlines business objectives, technical and functional requirements, scope of work, evaluation criteria, timelines, and contractual expectations. Ensure that the RFP documents are aligned with organizational procurement policies and project goals, enabling vendors to understand requirements clearly and submit competitive and compliant proposals.

•Conduct detailed industry and market analysis to identify potential vendors and solution providers relevant to the project requirements. Assess vendor capabilities, market reputation, service offerings, financial stability, and experience in similar engagements. Based on this analysis, develop a recommended list of vendors to participate in the RFP process and support the vendor shortlisting process.

•Plan and manage the overall RFP lifecycle by defining timelines, milestones, communication protocols, and submission processes. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the RFP process, track progress against the plan, and address any issues or clarifications that arise during the proposal submission phase.

•Organize and manage vendor presentations and solution demonstrations as part of the evaluation process.
