KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Business Development & Sales Growth
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts to drive overall sales growth across the APAC region and domestic market.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage and convert opportunities generated through channel partners and regional accounts to achieve monthly and fiscal sales targets.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts (PSI).
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Drive revenue generation through effective partner engagement and channel development.
2.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Partner & Distributor Management
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partner and distributor organizations.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage and monitor distributor performance, sales achievement, and PSI.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
3.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Marketing & Product Management
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Formulate, implement, and execute marketing strategies together with distributors and channel partners.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Educate partners on new product portfolios, promotions, and market positioning.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinate with the marketing team on product updates, pricing information, and dissemination of sales and marketing materials.
4.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Others
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Process distributor purchase orders and ensure timely coordination with internal teams.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Monitor outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and distributor performance records.
REQUIREMENTS
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Minimum 2ā5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or account management within display solutions/ LED, or related industries.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Experience in DvLED, digital signage, or display solutions is highly preferred.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Sound knowledge of DvLED products, display technologies, and market trends.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong network with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners across APAC is an advantage.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ability to work independently and travel when required.
