Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and YouTube.
• Create engaging marketing content that attracts potential customers and increases brand awareness.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and video campaigns.
• Capture project progress, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and company activities.

Digital Marketing

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate leads through video content.
• Optimize video content for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Manage posting schedules and content calendars.

Performance Tracking

• Analyze content performance and audience engagement.
• Continuously improve content strategies based on data and results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Requirements

• Experience in video shooting and editing.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a bonus.
• Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or property-related content is an advantage.
