RESPONSIBILITIES

Advertising Fulfilment and Installation

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production, customisation, installation, and dismantling of physical A&P assets across the venue (e.g. banners, decals, signage, hanging structures, display panels, etc.).
• Oversee appointed contractors and vendors responsible for printing, fabrication, and installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Ensure all installations comply with venue operational guidelines and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify placement accuracy and installation quality.

A&P Inventory and Space Management

• Review existing A&P spaces and propose improvements to enhance utilisation and visual impact.

Digital Advertising Management

• Manage the venue's digital advertising screens and display systems.
• Upload and schedule house content as well as organiser advertising content.
• Ensure digital content is displayed accurately and according to approved schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant vendors or internal teams for troubleshooting and maintenance of digital display systems.

Stakeholder and Client Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Event Management, and Operations to ensure seamless fulfilment of A&P commitments.
• Liaise with organisers, partners, and contractors on advertising installation requirements and timelines.
• Address client feedback related to A&P placements and installations in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Provide on-site coordination during event setup periods when required.

Marketing Collaboration and A&P Development

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to explore and develop new advertising formats and A&P opportunities within the venue.
• Provide operational insights on feasibility, installation requirements, and optimisation of advertising spaces.
• Support initiatives to enhance the venue's advertising offerings and visual presentation.

Operational Planning & Compliance

• Develop and manage installation schedules aligned with event build-up and teardown timelines.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to venue advertising assets.

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in event operations, venue advertising, signage coordination, mall marketing operations, or similar roles.
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
