Overview

· Process monthly payroll, leave management, medical record, attending to employee queries on all HR matters.

· Responsible for statutory submission/claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims)

· Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the payroll system

· Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues (Process work pass applications, renewal, cancellations, etc.)

· Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of related working experience

· Preferably Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent

· Preferably with hands-on experience of Info-tech payroll software

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Management consists of:

1. Preparation of Final Statement Summary for project closing
   - Manage AR collections and follow-up on customers’ invoice enquires
   - Prepare AR Aging Report and send Statements of Account to Customers
   - Attend monthly cash calls and follow-up on actions required

2. Preparation of Weekly Sales & Orders Reports to Management

3. Project Accounting, prepare the WIP, oversee project costing and attend monthly WIP meeting

4. Direct Labor Cost Reconciliation and labor utilization efficiency analysis

5. Maintenance Portfolio Reporting

6. Prepare GST return on quarterly basis

7. Ensure compliance with local Statutory Reporting

8. Liaise with auditors and tax agent to support on corporate tax preparation

9. Month end closing activities, i.e., FX Revaluation, Inter-Company Settlements, Journal Entries, etc.

10. Analysis the financial results and prepare the presentation on DSO

11. HRM reporting and ensure to meet the submission deadline

12. Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation on monthly basis

13. Review of Vendor Invoices ensure data accurate before post into system

14. Liaise with customer and banker for bank Guarantee application

15. Any other ad-hoc assignments required

16. Assist in the update of company policies
    
    Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• With min 3 years of experience in project accounting or related field

• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations

• An ability to work independently

• The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
