Job Summary

This is a product-focused sales role where you will run the full sales cycle for Leaf CRM, from identifying and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos, to closing subscriptions and handing customers over for onboarding. The ideal candidate understands how SaaS and CRM products are bought and sold, communicates clearly, and has a track record of meeting sales targets.

What you will do

• Own the Leaf CRM sales pipeline: Research, identify, and qualify prospects across Malaysia and the wider region, and develop targeted strategies to approach and convert them.
• Run structured outreach campaigns: Work with lead providers and prospect lists to drive consistent outbound activity (cold calls, follow-ups, and book qualified demo appointments.)
• Deliver compelling Leaf CRM demos, lead trial conversations, prepare proposals and contracts, and close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively map Leaf CRM features to each prospect's sales and workflow needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.

What you will need

Tanggungjawab Utama

Penciptaan Kandungan & Penerbitan Video

• Rancang, rakam dan sunting video pendek untuk Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS) dan YouTube.
• Cipta kandungan pemasaran yang menarik yang menarik bakal pelanggan dan meningkatkan kesedaran jenama.
• Membangunkan konsep kreatif, skrip, papan cerita dan kempen video.
• Rakam kemajuan projek, rakaman di sebalik tabir, testimoni pelanggan dan aktiviti syarikat.

Pemasaran Digital

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan jualan dan pemasaran untuk menjana bakal pelanggan melalui kandungan video.
• Optimumkan kandungan video untuk penglibatan dan penukaran maksimum.
• Pantau trend media sosial dan cadangkan idea kandungan baharu.
• Urus jadual pengeposan dan kalendar kandungan.

Penjejakan Prestasi

• Analisis prestasi kandungan dan penglibatan khalayak.
• Sentiasa menambah baik strategi kandungan berdasarkan data dan hasil.

Keperluan

• Berpengalaman dalam penggambaran dan penyuntingan video.
• Mahir dalam CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro atau perisian penyuntingan yang serupa.
• Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pemasaran Facebook, Instagram, TikTok dan media sosial.
• Berfikiran kreatif dengan kemahiran bercerita yang cemerlang.
• Kebolehan bekerja secara bebas dan memenuhi tarikh akhir.
• Mahir dengan peralatan kamera, pencahayaan dan audio.
• Pengetahuan tentang alat reka bentuk grafik (Canva, Photoshop, dll.) adalah satu bonus.
• Pengalaman dalam reka bentuk dalaman, pembinaan, seni bina atau kandungan berkaitan hartanah adalah satu kelebihan.

• Syarat-syarat: Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda

• Kemahiran komputer lanjutan dalam MS Office, perisian perakaunan dan pangkalan data.
• Pengetahuan yang terbukti tentang prinsip, amalan, piawaian, undang-undang dan peraturan pembukuan dan perakaunan.
• Perhatian terhadap perincian dan ketepatan.
