3. 市場與趨勢洞察

• 密切關注東南亞社群媒體趨勢、KOL 和保健品產業最新動態。
• 追蹤競爭對手和市場變化
• 利用數據制定影響者和內容投資計劃

技能與資格

• 至少兩年網紅行銷、社群媒體或業務拓展經驗
• 精通新加坡和馬來西亞的社交媒體，尤其是TikTok和Instagram。
• 有保健品經驗者優先考慮
• 熟練使用Google分析和Google廣告等工具
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中迅速執行任務
• 精通英語和普通話（書面和口語），以便與中國總部溝通。

Penerangan:

Kami sedang mencari Akauntan (Set Penuh) yang bermotivasi tinggi dan berorientasikan perincian untuk menguruskan set lengkap akaun secara bebas daripada pembukuan hingga pelaporan kewangan dan pengetahuan tentang piawaian perakaunan tempatan, undang-undang cukai dan keperluan pematuhan diperlukan.

Lokasi Operasi : Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (boleh diakses dengan LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)

Pengaturan Kerja : Isnin hingga Jumaat, di lokasi

Waktu bekerja : 9 pagi – 6 petang (termasuk rehat 1 jam)

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Menguruskan set lengkap akaun termasuk lejar am, akaun belum terima (AR), akaun belum bayar (AP), penyelarasan bank dan aset tetap.
• Menyediakan sokongan kewangan untuk operasi e-dagang, termasuk penyelarasan jualan dalam talian dan penyelesaian gerbang pembayaran.
• Menyediakan penyata kewangan mengikut Piawaian Pelaporan Kewangan Malaysia (MFRS).
• Mengendalikan hal ehwal cukai termasuk penyerahan SST, pemfailan cukai korporat dan berhubung dengan LHDN.
• Berhubung dengan ejen cukai luaran untuk memastikan pengiraan, pemfailan dan pematuhan cukai yang tepat pada masanya dan tepat.
• Menyelaras dengan juruaudit luar dan memastikan keperluan audit disiapkan tepat pada masanya.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan Akta Syarikat 2016, KWSP, PERKESO dan keperluan berkanun yang lain.
• Mengawasi pengurusan aliran tunai dan menyediakan ramalan untuk menyokong keputusan perniagaan.
• Menyokong pelaporan pengurusan dengan analisis prestasi kewangan dan penjelasan varians.
• Membantu dalam penambahbaikan proses dan pelaksanaan amalan terbaik perakaunan.
• Melaksanakan sebarang tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.

Kemahiran & Kelayakan

• Ijazah/Diploma dalam bidang Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Pensijilan profesional (contohnya, ACCA, CPA, MICPA) sangat dihargai.
• Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan.
• Pendedahan terdahulu dalam firma perakaunan (audit/cukai) atau industri e-dagang diutamakan.
• Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang MFRS dan peraturan cukai Malaysia.
• Kemahiran dalam perisian perakaunan.
• Berorientasikan perincian, teratur, dan mampu bekerja secara bebas.
