Position Summary

• Manage the month-end closing process, including preparing and posting journal entries, accruals and adjustments
• Perform bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger integrity and prepare timely supporting schedules
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Record accounts payable, review and verify payments to suppliers, petty cash and staff reimbursement
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules

Compliance & Audit:

• Support the annual statutory audit process
• Prepare the statutory tax filings (withholding tax, corporate tax, GST etc.)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS), internal controls and regulatory requirements

Procurement:

• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on department needs
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to approved suppliers in a timely manner
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery dates, and any required documentation
• Collect and verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy before posting into General Ledger for payment processing
• Maintain basic procurement records such as PR/PO logs, supplier documents, and delivery notes
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement workflow

The role may be required to work on ad-hoc matters or finance related projects in addition to what is covered above.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 4 - 5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts;
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to express thoughts clearly and logically in both written and verbal communication;

• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
• Self-driven, proactive, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-task and work under tight schedules;

The Events Specialist will take part in a complete events experience as you lead every facet of the programme’s journey. You will have sole responsibility for a project, or part responsibility for a larger project, from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scoping the brief, allocating the necessary resources and budget to ensure that all work together.

• In-charge of planning, organising, and executing all events to engage our new and existing clients.

• Handle pre and post event logistics. (E.g. prepare setting up of event venue, sending out invitation, liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, keeping track of inventory etc)

• Organise the events timeline and make sure that it adheres to our business cycle.

• Working closely with other units within PSO to better communicate and manage the execution process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create specifications and define software architecture for embedded systems.
• Design and develop MCU based firmware for embedded system.
• Design and develop middleware, application and GUI in Windows, embedded Linux or other environments.
• Work closely with other engineers to analyze and resolve bugs.
• Analyze performance bottleneck and optimize product quality and throughput.

Job Requirements:

• Master or degree in computer science, computer engineering or electronic engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years direct relevant experience for the senior engineer position.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or experience are welcome.
• Experience in MCU firmware or embedded Linux development.
• Firmware development experience with STM32 family is a plus.
• Good understanding in hardware and ability to develop low level codes.
• Strong programming experience in C/C++. Rich experience on embedded software development is a plus.
• Good knowledge in software debugging and performance optimization.
• Good experience in embedded systems based on ARM Cortex-M or Cortex-A series processors.
• Familiar with ISO13485 or IEC 62304 design process, source version control and bug tracking system is an advantage.
