Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Accounts Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.
• Assist in processing staff expense claims and petty cash claims accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in preparing accounting schedules, supporting documents and explanations for audit queries.
• Provide basic administrative and operational coverage for the finance team during absences.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in partial or supporting accounting functions.
• Basic understanding of full-set accounting concepts to support audit schedules and query resolutions will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Outlook.
• Able to support occasional overtime during peak closing periods when required.
