Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. Sales Support

Your Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.

Job Description

• Responsible for operation and monitoring of low voltage (LV) electrical system (MDB / SMDB / DB) for solar PV projects and site facilities
• Ensure stable, safe, and continuous power supply for solar installation sites and operations
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) for electrical systems, solar PV components, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults including tripping, short circuit, overload, and system failure
• Perform emergency repair to restore power and minimize downtime
• Operate and maintain backup systems such as generator, UPS, and ATS
