Key Responsibilities

Ads Management: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive high-quality traffic to the website.

Search & Visibility Optimization: Manage and regularly update the Google Business Profile (Google Business Manager) to ensure accurate local SEO and high visibility.

This role ensures that the IT infrastructure supports all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, accounting, food and beverage systems, reservations, and guest internet services. The IT Manager works closely with other department heads to meet their technology needs and resolve technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Management:

  • Oversee daily operation of all IT systems, including servers, networks, PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), CRM, telephone systems, CCTV, and Wi-Fi.
