Job Description

1. Sebagai wakil Pengawal Teknikal yang bertanggungjawab untuk Perancangan Projek dari segi acuan, jentera dan tenaga kerja;

Job Requirement

1. Diploma In Safety and Health Management or above. As Certified DOSH Registered Safety and Health Officer.

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in workplace safety and health works. Working in Precast industry is added advantages.

3. Computer literate, preferable in Microsoft Office applications or equivalent.

4. Others ：Self-motivation, able to work under pressure and fast-paced working

environment.

1. Bertindak sebagai Pegawai Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Tempat Kerja dalam semua perkara berkaitan keselamatan dan kesihatan.

2. Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang ditetapkan mengikut Peraturan WSH.

3. Didakwa dalam penyiasatan kemalangan maut, kejadian berbahaya, penyakit pekerjaan.

4. Menjalankan temu bual siasatan kemalangan/insiden.

5. Memimpin penyelia Keselamatan dalam menyiasat sebarang kemalangan yang berlaku di dalam kilang dan mengesahkan laporan penyelia serta tindakan yang diambil untuk menghapuskan punca kemalangan.

6. Berfungsi sebagai setiausaha untuk mesyuarat jawatankuasa keselamatan, dan menguatkuasakan peraturan dan undang-undang keselamatan.

7. Memberi nasihat tentang analisis keselamatan kerja, latihan arahan kerja, prosedur kerja selamat, penyataan kaedah dan analisis risiko.

8. Memeriksa dan menilai semua kawasan kerja sebagai Penilai Keselamatan, memastikan semua langkah kawalan disediakan dan dipatuhi, sebelum mengesahkan Permit bekerja untuk kelulusan Pengurus Operasi.

9. Menghadiri semua tinjauan, pemeriksaan, mesyuarat EHS dan menyumbang kepada keadaan/persekitaran kerja yang selamat.

10. Menjalankan latihan di tempat kerja secara berkala dan menyebarkan risiko yang berkaitan dengan sebarang proses atau peralatan kerja baharu serta ulangkaji.

11. Menjalankan pemantauan alam sekitar di tempat kerja dan melaksanakan senarai semak untuk penyelenggaraan premis.

12. Pastikan pematuhan penuh terhadap Pelan Pencegahan Kejatuhan dan Pelan Lalu Lintas Manusia dan Kenderaan di Tempat Kerja.

13. Memastikan peruntukan Akta WSH dan perundangan subsidiari dipatuhi, dan untuk membantu WSHO melaksanakan dan mempromosikan program EHS.

14. Melaksanakan sebarang tugasan lain yang mungkin diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

Keperluan Kerja

1. Diploma Pengurusan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan atau ke atas. Sebagai Pegawai Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Berdaftar JKKP yang Bertauliah.

2. Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam kerja-kerja keselamatan dan kesihatan tempat kerja. Bekerja dalam industri Pratuang adalah kelebihan tambahan.

3. Celik komputer, lebih baik menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office atau yang setaraf.

4. Lain-lain：Motivasi kendiri, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan bekerja pantas

persekitaran.
