客戶服務管理

Tanggungjawab Utama

Pengurusan Khidmat Pelanggan

• Memimpin dan mengurus pasukan sokongan selepas jualan untuk memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
• Menangani aduan pelanggan yang meningkat dan memastikan penyelesaiannya tepat pada masanya.
• Memantau kepuasan pelanggan dan melaksanakan inisiatif penambahbaikan.
• Bina hubungan pelanggan jangka panjang untuk meningkatkan kesetiaan dan pengekalan pelanggan.

Operasi Perkhidmatan

• Menyelia proses pembaikan, penyelenggaraan, jaminan dan pemulangan (RMA).
• Memastikan permintaan perkhidmatan diselesaikan dalam perjanjian tahap perkhidmatan (SLA) yang dipersetujui.
• Membangun dan menambah baik dasar, prosedur dan aliran kerja perkhidmatan selepas jualan.
• Pantau masa pemulihan perkhidmatan (TAT) dan produktiviti.

Waranti & Sokongan Teknikal

• Urus tuntutan jaminan
• Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan sokongan teknikal mengenai penyelesaian masalah dan pembaikan produk.
• Menganalisis isu teknikal yang berulang dan mencadangkan tindakan pembetulan.

Sokongan Kedai Runcit

• Menyokong kedai runcit dengan proses perkhidmatan selepas jualan dan penyelesaian isu pelanggan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pengurus kedai untuk memastikan piawaian perkhidmatan yang konsisten.
• Pantau prestasi perkhidmatan merentasi pelbagai cawangan runcit.
• Pastikan kaunter perkhidmatan mempunyai kakitangan dan kelengkapan yang mencukupi.

Pengurusan Inventori & Alat Ganti

• Mengurus inventori alat ganti untuk memastikan ketersediaan.
• Menyelaras pengisian semula stok dengan pihak perolehan dan pembekal.
• Kurangkan inventori usang sambil mengekalkan kecekapan perkhidmatan.

Kerjasama Rentas Fungsi

• Bekerja rapat dengan pasukan Jualan, Operasi Runcit, Logistik, Perolehan dan Teknikal.
• Menyelaras penarikan balik produk dan kempen perkhidmatan apabila diperlukan.
• Memberi maklum balas pelanggan kepada pihak pengurusan produk dan vendor untuk meningkatkan kualiti produk.

• Experience: Proven track record in B2C/& B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales (experience in service industries, pest control, or hygiene is a strong advantage).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Attributes: Highly agile, resilient, and comfortable conducting hands-on on-site inspections at client premises.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilising modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs.
• Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent client visits in outstations.
