Job Description

• To carry out duty on shift basis according to shift roster and assignments.
• To monitor, inspect & maintain all electrical, instrumentation & control equipment.
• To carry out PM for all electrical, instrumentation & control equipment.
• To carry out PM as assigned by his superior and management.
• To troubleshoot any breakdown of electrical, instrumentation & control equipment.
• To assist other department’s personnel to settle problems on site.
• To record monthly meter reading for all dept & section.
• To report to superior of any breakdown of equipment and machinery.
• To ensure proper housekeeping are carried out daily for the department.
• To attend training, seminar and course as assigned by superior.
• To guide and explain to subordinate when problems arise at the plant even when he is off duty.
• To promote safe awareness among department and create a safe working environment.
• To work as a team in achieving department's goals.
• Report to superior when requiring more technical support or decision making on critical issues.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronic Engineering or equivalent (AO qualification preferred).
• At least 3 years of working experience in heavy industry environment.
• Experience in cement manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in electrical, instrumentation and control system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance independently.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings and control diagrams.
• Willing to work on shift pattern and overtime when required.
• Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with plant safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Management

• Lead and manage the after-sales support team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
• Build long-term customer relationships to improve loyalty and retention.

Service Operations

• Oversee repair, maintenance, warranty, and return (RMA) processes.
• Ensure service requests are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and improve after-sales service policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor service turnaround time (TAT) and productivity.

Warranty & Technical Support

• Manage warranty claims
• Coordinate with technical support teams on product troubleshooting and repairs.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.

Retail Store Support

• Support retail outlets with after-sales service processes and customer issue resolution.
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure consistent service standards.
• Monitor service performance across multiple retail branches.
• Ensure service counters are adequately staffed and equipped.

Inventory & Spare Parts Management

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with procurement and suppliers.
• Minimize obsolete inventory while maintaining service efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Technical teams.
• Coordinate product recalls and service campaigns when required.
• Provide customer feedback to product management and vendors to improve product quality.

Full job description:

•   Provide technical support for hardware, software, printer, and network related issues to company customers.

•   Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems for customers.

•   Assist Company Customers to monitor and ensure proper functioning of IT systems and equipment

•   Responsible in the co-ordination of IT systems sold. Technical maintenance and support assignments undertaken by the Company.

Requirements

•   Minimum Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field

•   Basic knowledge in computer hardware, software, and networking

•   Minimum 1-2 years’ experiencein IT related tasks

•   Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
