We are looking for a Chartering Manager to lead commercial activities for the fleet, driving fixture performance, managing relationships with charterers, and securing profitable cargo opportunities across key trading routes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute chartering strategies for Handy, Supramax and Ultramax, Panamax, and MPP vessels
• Identify, negotiate, and conclude time charter and voyage charter fixtures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with charterers, brokers, traders, and counterparties
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, cargo flows, and competitor activity
• Coordinate closely with operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of fixtures
• Manage risk exposure and support commercial decision making
• Prepare market reports and provide strategic input to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dry bulk chartering, preferably within an owner-operator environment
• Proven track record in Handy, Supramax and Ultramax, Panamax, or MPP segments
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Established network of charterers, traders, and brokers
• Deep understanding of global dry bulk trade routes and market dynamics
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with chinese speaking stakeholders for business purposes

1. Hospitality Leadership

The role of a restaurant manager is to lead the restaurant. They drive company culture and customer satisfaction by managing every aspect of a restaurant to ensure it runs smoothly and makes a profit.
