About KiX
KiX is a fast-growing company built around a B2C mobile game experience, now extending into a B2B platform that helps merchants reach and engage our players. We are at an early, high-ownership stage where what you build becomes the foundation.
The Role
We're hiring a senior Business Development Manager to drive merchant and brand partnerships from the ground up. You'll work side by side with our existing partnerships lead — not behind a junior team — to land our first paying partners, prove what works, and shape the playbook we'll scale on. This role suits someone who has taken a partnership/BD function from zero to one and has managed mature, ongoing client relationships.
What you'll do
- Identify, pitch, negotiate and close B2B partnership and merchant deals end-to-end
- Build and own the early partnership pipeline; help define the repeatable sales motion
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships through to renewal and expansion
- Work closely with marketing on partner-facing campaigns, ensuring brand and asset usage is properly approved
- Feed market insight back into product and commercial strategy
What you bring
- Proven B2B business development / partnership experience, ideally including building a function from early stage (0→1) and managing established client portfolios at scale
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the Singapore market and an established local business network you can activate
- Deep understanding of local business culture and how to build trust with Singapore-based clients and partners
- Track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming, mobile apps, ad-tech, or merchant/SME platforms
- Experience setting up CRM and sales processes
What we offer
- A genuine 0→1 mandate with real ownership
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission tied to partner milestones
- Direct access to leadership and fast decision-making
KiX is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants fairly on the basis of merit, skills and experience, regardless of age, race, religion, nationality, gender, marital or family status, or disability, in line with TAFEP's Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.
