EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar

• Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

• Highly organised with strong analytic and communication skills

• Oral and written fluency in English and an additional language

Project Planning & Coordination

• Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
• Lead project team to complete project within schedule
• Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultant, project managers and clients

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes for M&E systems.
  

Project Management

• Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables.
• Track M&E budgets and control costs; prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/ Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and company visibility.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising channels.

Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.

Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.

Work closely with management to identify new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.

Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, advertising agencies, and media partners.

Maintain and enhance the company's corporate image and brand identity.

Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Support customer engagement and client communication activities.
