Job Summary
ZhanTech Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and proactive Admin Cum Accountant to support our daily administrative, accounting, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain accounts using Tally Accounting Software.
Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist with monthly financial reports and accounting documentation.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external service providers when required.
Administration
Manage general office administration and documentation.
Attend and screen incoming office calls professionally.
Handle email correspondence and customer follow-ups.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Coordinate office supplies and administrative requirements.
Human Resources
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and leave administration.
Support payroll preparation and HR documentation.
Coordinate staff matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
Hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software is mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Engineering, Construction, or Services industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore accounting and payroll practices.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.
