• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deliverables
• Review team members’ work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
• Oversee full set of accounts, including month-end closing, posting of journals (accruals, provisions, deferrals, reclassifications), and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management reports, group reporting, and cash flow forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and monitor cost accruals/provisions to support financial control
• Oversee tax compliance matters including GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing
• Manage the full audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure proper financial reporting, controls, and coordination (e.g. stocktake, cost tracking)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with management
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, internal controls, and SOPs to enhance efficiency
• Support ad-hoc projects such as system implementation and process improvements
• Oversee calculation of sales incentives and coordinate with HR for payroll submission
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a full set / all-rounded accounting function
