Third Bridge has several products in its fast-growing Content business. As we continue to expand our breadth and depth of coverage across industries, we are recruiting Proofreaders across various products and shifts to join our Editorial team. 

You will join a highly collaborative, global team to help transform raw, verbatim transcripts of technical conversations into polished, error-free end products that are highly accurate, digestible and consistent in style, and that our clients can trust.

Work Hours: 3 PM - 12 AM IST

You will be responsible for…

• Proofreading and editing to ensure each transcript of a technical conversation is accurate, grammatically sound and aligns with internal guidelines
• Working across different product-specific guidelines and workflows daily
• Turning around high-quality content to strict daily deadlines, always following Compliance and anonymisation requirements
• Researching market events, terminology, figures and other important datapoints/information to confirm accuracy
• Proactively and quickly resolving issues, including collaborating with adjacent content production teams
• Escalating transcription errors and Style Guide misalignments
• Curating brief profiles of experts that highlight the experience that is most relevant to the piece of content
• Contributing to the development of internal guidelines and processes to continually improve content quality

Position Overview

The HR Associate will be a member of the HR Operations team within our People Operations organisation, located in our Mumbai office. This position will be responsible for HR administrative support for all regions, as well as being the first line of contact for Mumbai employees.  

To be successful in this role you’ll be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with other team members. You will need to be extremely detail-oriented, respond with a sense of urgency, and have strong time management and communication skills. 

Please note that the working hours are Monday - Friday, from 11am - 8pm Mumbai local time with some flexibility in start and end times.

Benefits Administration

• Oversee day-to-day global benefits administration, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and issues within agreed service levels.
• Assist with global benefits implementation, renewal processes and audits where needed. 
• Respond to our employee inquiries and changes through our HR ticketing system and make any necessary changes in our systems and with our vendors. 

Mobility & Visas

• Support global mobility processes, including visa applications, renewals, and right-to-work documentation.
• Partner with immigration counsel and vendors to manage cases and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Track visa expirations and work authorisation status to reduce compliance risks.
• Coordinate visa and work permit applications across multiple countries, including new applications, renewals, transfers, and dependent cases
• Act as a key point of contact for employees throughout immigration processes, providing guidance on required documentation and timelines
• Collect, review, and organise supporting documentation required for immigration submissions
• Track case progress and follow up proactively to ensure timelines are met
• Maintain accurate immigration trackers and records, including visa expiry dates and renewal schedules
• Ensure documentation is stored accurately and confidentially in line with internal requirements

Data and Report Support 

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee data in HRIS through data entry and audits. 

Other Administrative duties (but not limited to):

• Support the invoicing process by partnering closely with finance 
• Approve and upload employee photos in our HR system
• Data entry and data auditing
