- Provide dedicated executive and personal support to a High-Net-Worth individual ensuring the smooth coordination of daily activities and commitments.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel schedules, and personal engagements while proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate personal, family, and household matters, including vendor management, property-related arrangements, lifestyle requests, and special projects.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials, while monitoring action items and ensuring timely follow-up with relevant parties.
- Organize business functions, private events, family gatherings, and travel itineraries, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting HNW individuals, family offices, private offices environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with internal and external parties.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and personal matters.
