As a Customer Success Manager at NEXTDC, you will take full ownership of ensuring our customers' success throughout their entire journey - from onboarding to project delivery, adoption, and renewal. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and manage project stakeholders, including customers, internal teams (sales, finance, facilities, engineering) and third-party contractors to guarantee the seamless delivery of client solutions and successful project outcomes. 

• Project Coordination: Assist with the management of non-standard solution projects, overseeing pre-planning, detailed design, procurement and installation within the data centres. 

• Solution Delivery: Lead the provisioning of customer solutions, coordinating with the facilities team and external contractors and serve as the main liaison between NEXTDC and the customer's project manager to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and meet expectations. 

• Performance Reporting: Manage and deliver performance reports related to solution provisioning according to an agreed schedule or as requested by stakeholders. 

• Service Reviews: Participate in regular client service review meetings to discuss performance metrics, service improvements and process quality, ensuring continuous enhancement of service delivery. 

• Vendor Management and Procurement: Handle vendor quotes, create purchase orders, and approve invoices to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of customer solutions.  

As our End User Computing (EUC) Engineer you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and operational support of our EUC environment. Here you’ll ensure users have the necessary hardware, software, and support required to perform their roles. You’ll also be involved in maintaining the computing environment, managing endpoint devices and security, administering virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), while providing remote support as needed.

Within this position, your scope will cover:

• Managing and maintaining client computing environments, including physical hardware and virtual desktops to optimise performance and uptime
• Providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues via remote and in-person assistance

As an EUC Support Engineer at NEXTDC, you’ll provide L1/L2 technical support to our Technology team, resolving end-user IT issues. You will handle service tickets via phone, email, or in-person, escalate complex issues as needed, and assist with software installations, updates, and configurations. Here, you’ll also monitoring IT systems, identifying issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with NEXTDC standards, with strong customer service and technical skills essential for minimising downtime

Within this position, your scope will cover:

• First-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, including after-hours support as required
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals
• Onsite hands & feet support, where physically co-located to resolve technology hardware and software requests and issues, including for Teams meeting rooms and Audiovisual collaboration and presentation equipment
• Managing and resolving service requests and incidents within agreed service levels
• Documenting solutions and update knowledge base articles to assist with future troubleshooting
• Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or external service providers as needed
• Setting up and configuring new hardware and software for users

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our global Risk & Compliance team. Based in PJ, Malaysia, you’ll play a key role in supporting our operations worldwide by helping to identify, assess, and manage risks, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, and contribute to enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.

Enterprise Risk & Compliance

• Support the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the company’s enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
• Facilitate and coordinate risk assessments across all business functions, working closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, document and monitor key risks. This includes supporting business owners in understanding risk exposures, ensuring consistent application of the enterprise risk framework, and contributing to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of organisational risk registers.
• Guide and support risk owners in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls to effectively mitigate identified risks.
• Support internal and external audit and assurance activities
• Coordinate with local and global teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
• Prepare clear and insightful risk and compliance reports for management and key stakeholders.

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• Support the development and rollout of a robust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, aligned with global best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments for suppliers, contractors, and service providers, including operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.
• Assist in building and maintaining a comprehensive third-party risk register, capturing risk ratings, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with procurement, legal, and operational teams to ensure risk-based due diligence is completed before onboarding new suppliers and during periodic reviews.
• Help establish monitoring and reporting processes to track third-party performance and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Support the drafting of policies and procedures to mitigate third-party risks, including areas such as data protection, modern slavery, business continuity, and ethical sourcing.
• Participate in third-party audits, inspections, and remediation activities.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on third-party risk awareness, assessment processes, and escalation protocols.
• Contribute to building a risk-aware ecosystem across suppliers and partners, ensuring critical third-party risks are identified and managed before impacting operations.

As our Hosting Systems Engineer you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and managing the infrastructure that powers web services, applications, and customer data. This role sits at the intersection of system administration, infrastructure, and cloud technology, ensuring that hosted systems remain available, secure, and efficient. 

Within this role responsibilities will include the management and optimisation of NEXTDC computing and storage infrastructure, including Active Directory, Windows (and/or other systems) Server environments, and Hyper-V virtualisation. The role will drive the overall health and performance of NEXTDC systems, designing solutions for scalability and high availability, supporting Azure integrations, and managing storage solutions. ​

Your scope will cover:

• Designing and implementing scalable solutions for Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, and Hyper-V virtualisation
• Overseeing the architecture, maintenance, and optimisation of Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO roles
• Developing and testing disaster recovery plans, manage backups (SAN), configure failover clusters, and ensure minimal downtime in case of system failures
• Monitoring system health for reliability, scalability, and security and provide advanced troubleshooting for complex system issues; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Leading automation initiatives using PowerShell to streamline system management and improve operational efficiency
• Executing security measures, including role-based access control, encryption (BitLocker), and compliance with auditing standards
• Performing patch management using WSUS or SCCM, ensuring secure and timely deployment of updates and addressing vulnerabilities
