Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Manage and maintain accounting records for multiple entities across several countries, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare and process invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents accurately and timely.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, account balances, and outstanding receivables/payables.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
Perform administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Assist with process improvements and implementation of accounting controls.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in handling full sets of accounts independently.
Experience managing accounts for multiple countries/entities will be highly advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Hands-on experience with MYOB and/or AutoCount Accounting Software is preferred.
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
