Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Procurement Lead to oversee inventory planning, purchasing coordination, and supplier management. This role ensures optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, supply continuity, and compliance while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Inventory Management

• Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems, including forecasting models, reorder points, and safety stock policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze inventory turnover, aging, and usage trends to improve efficiency and reduce carrying costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation.
• Identify and manage obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged inventory.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, budgets, and ethical standards.

Planning & Forecasting

• Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to forecast demand accurately.
• Align purchasing plans with production schedules and business objectives.
• Develop inventory strategies to support cost control and supply continuity.
• Prepare and manage inventory budgets.

Data, Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory management systems.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, costs, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Use data insights to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans, including alternative sourcing and buffer stock strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage documentation related to inventory and purchasing transactions.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead, coach, and supervise inventory staff (if applicable).
• Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate inventory status, risks, and plans to management.

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with chinese suppliers
• 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing inventory planning, supplier coordination, and purchasing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and trends.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to drive Sales Enablement through digital tools and commercial infrastructure optimisation. This role will lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of sales systems, digital workflows, and performance governance frameworks to improve sales productivity and revenue scalability. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience building internal sales systems (CRM, contract lifecycle tools, lead-to-cash processes) and driving cross-functional transformation across sales, operations, product, and finance. This is a strategic yet execution-focused leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Digital Infrastructure & Systems

• Lead the design and optimisation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) systems.
• Drive CRM enhancement, sales automation, contract lifecycle management, and reporting dashboards.
• Build scalable internal sales tools to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with tech teams to translate commercial requirements into system capabilities.
  

2. Sales Governance & Performance Management

• Establish structured sales operating cadence, performance tracking, and KPI governance.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through pipeline analytics and business diagnostics.
• Implement standardised partner onboarding, risk-control processes, and incentive alignment frameworks.
• Improve sales transparency and accountability through digitised workflows.
  

3. Commercial Strategy Enablement

• Support commercial leadership in model design, pricing governance, and revenue structure optimisation.
• Standardise go-to-market processes across regions.
• Enable scalable expansion through structured frameworks and measurable operating metrics.
• Identify productivity gaps and drive process optimisation initiatives.
  

4. Cross-Functional Transformation

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align systems and commercial processes.
• Lead cross-border coordination if required.
• Drive adoption of new digital tools through training and change management initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or sales enablement roles.
• Proven experience building or enhancing CRM / Lead-to-Cash systems.
• Strong understanding of sales performance management, pipeline governance, and incentive structures.
• Experience driving cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate business strategy into operating frameworks.
• Comfortable working with data analytics and performance dashboards.
• Experience in fintech, technology, telecommunications, or fast-scaling environments preferred.

Job Summary

As a hands-on Channel Partnership Manager, you will build, develop, and scale high-impact distribution partnerships to accelerate merchant acquisition across the Malaysia market. You will identify and secure strategic partners such as POS resellers, telco dealers, distributors, and industry associations, enabling them to deploy EPOS payment solutions and Mini Programmes to SME merchants at scale.

 Leading from the front, you will activate partner sales teams, establish strong channel discipline, and drive consistent partner productivity to deliver sustainable merchant growth. This role requires a strong hunter mindset and commercial ownership to build a high-performing partner ecosystem that consistently contributes to new merchant activations.

Through EPOS’ payment solutions and Mini Programme, your leadership will empower reseller businesses across F&B, Retail, and other industries to operate more efficiently and grow digitally. This role offers real ownership, creating opportunity to build a powerful distribution network, drive measurable results, and create lasting impact for SME owners through EPOS digital payment solution technology. 

• You will be directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key Partner relationships with companies or business associations across West and East Malaysia for an expanding portfolio of large-scale partnerships.
• You will work closely and connect with these partners to drive referrals into EPOS digitalization payment solution business.
• You'll need to be up to date with latest products and services to proficiently promote these to our partners and their clients, representing EPOS with the utmost integrity.
• You’ll be responsible for making regular contact with our partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions to help them overcome their pain points.
• You need to be comfortable representing EPOS in a wide variety of scenarios and locations across trade shows, partner webinars and marketing activities.
• You need to work in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess product solution requirements and on-site and remote partner training and support requirements.
  
  

Key requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven success in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in payments, fintech, POS, telco, or SME distribution ecosystems. 
• Demonstrated ability to build distribution channels from scratch and scale partner networks that deliver high merchant acquisition volume 
• Strong hunter mentality: comfortable prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing commercial partnerships with business owners independently.  
• Proven track record in signing and activating high-impact partners such as POS resellers, telco master dealers, FMCG distributors, hardware wholesalers, or merchant associations. 
• Experience structuring commercial agreements, margins, revenue sharing, and incentive programs to drive partner commitment and sales performance. 
• Highly numbers-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to drive partners toward aggressive merchant activation targets. 
• Comfortable challenging partners, pushing performance, and replacing underperforming channels quickly to maintain growth momentum.
• Strong field execution capability and able to train partner sales teams, conduct joint sales visits, and accelerate merchant deployment at scale.
• Sharp commercial acumen and competitive awareness- respond quickly to market opportunities.
