Position Overview:

Major responsibilities

• Design ,maintain and own SOPs across Longtail post graduation vendors

• Build and manage vendor handover and quality gates (Incubation → Growth)

• Design AI and tool-based workflows for vendor management and zombie recovery

• Translate commercial and analytics strategy into executable workflows

• Eliminate manual work and reduce cost-to-serve

• Ensure process consistency across 16 markets and hubs

• Build governance framework (controls, escalation matrices, audit loops)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Strategy Associate to support the Chief of Staff and the Executive Leadership Team—helping to ensure the company’s highest priorities are executed with precision and no critical decision falls through the cracks. This role is individual-contributor based, with full-cycle project and governance ownership. You will be working across all internal departments to synthesize data into strategic insights, track progress, and maintain the organization’s operating rhythm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets (financials, KPIs, market trends) to extract key takeaways, provide concise briefing notes and strategic recommendations for the leadership team.
