Here is what you will do:

• Preparing all project calculations like cold & hot water demand, circulation, booster & transfer pump sizing, rainwater flow rate, cold/hot water & drainage pipe sizing etc.

• Preparing a complete sheet package of Plumbing & Fire service, including legends, schematics,

• details, and floor plans using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Drainage Design includes waste, soil & storm water, parking drain, balcony drain, planter drains, sump pit,

  septic tank, soak away pit, wastewater flow calculation, and grease interceptor.

• Design of Fire sprinkler systems (Wet and dry), Clean agent (FM200), Pre-action and deluge, Foam, Extinguishers, and external fire Hydrants.

• Preparing Plumbing and Fire Protection design planning and mark-ups.

• Developing drawings in Revit for all design stages (Preliminary, Detail, Tender)

• Coordination with other MEP services as well as lead team or client, and monitoring the progress of the project.

• Responsibility for QA/QC of Public Health services.

• Responsible for the preparation of Authority drawings for DEWA, SEWA, DM & Civil defense.

• LPG and NG Demand, tank sizing, and Pressure loss calculations.

• Review/coordination in 2D & 3D using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software, respectively.

• Coordination with suppliers and Preparing Specifications for the project.

Protective Security Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Security Consultant to support a range of protective security projects, including Security‑by‑Design (SBD) work required under the Infrastructure Protection Act, as well as broader security design, planning, and risk assessment engagements. This role involves leading security risk assessments, developing security master plans, providing technical design specifications, and managing stakeholder relationships with client.
Key Responsibilities

• Leading Security-by-Design (SBD) and IPA Compliance Work
• Preparing SBD reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct preliminary research on protective security requirements for various project types.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in applying security-by-design principles to architectural, structural, and mechanical/electrical (M&E) drawings during early project stages.
• Develop comprehensive physical and electronic security concepts (CCTV, access control, perimeter barriers) for critical infrastructure
• Oversee the integration of electronic security systems with building management systems

• Develops and manages detailed 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements.

• Produces fully coordinated construction drawings, layouts, and schematics aligned with project standards and specifications.

• Working knowledge in managing Civil3D data shortcuts in ProjectWise and BIM360 environments. Ability to create templates and comply with project/client styles, line work, and naming conventions in both CAD and Civil3D. 
• Understanding and implement AECOM Quality Assurance procedures. Perform quality control, progress, scheduling and execution of product delivery to internal/external clients. Works under general guidance of the CAD Supervisor. Understanding of CAD Standard and workflow.
