1. The Lorry Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods using a lorry.

2. The role requires compliance with Malaysian traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, and customer satisfaction during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving & Transportation: Safely operate the lorry, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to road safety and traffic regulations.

2. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks, report issues, and keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

3. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and mileage records.

4. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian laws (Road Transport Act, Occupational Safety, SPAD regulations).

Qualifications:

-Education: Minimum of SPM or equivalent.

-Experience: 1-2 years of lorry driving experience and familiar with Klang Valley areas.

-Skills: Knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations with good customer service skills.

-Licenses/Certificates: Must possess valid GDL License and JPJ certification.

-Ability to drive a 1-3 ton lorry

-Age between 25 - 40 years

-Healthy with excellent eyesight, capable of long periods of -driving and lifting heavy goods.

Job opening for a Warehouse Logistics & Distribution Assistant Manager (Mandarin speaker) at multiple locations: Shah Alam, Nilai, Selayang, Kota Bharu, and Kuantan.

Key Job Descriptions

• Manage the Service Distribution Centre operations by ensure full compliance on standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Participate in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by coordinating, and enforcement of day to day operational activities involving physical stock counts and conducting inventory with reconciling storage data.
• Maintain service distribution centre staff job results by frequent coaching, counselling, disciplining, monitoring, and reviewing job results.
• Maintain physical condition of distribution centre by planning and implementing 5S’s; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repairs and replacement.
• Completes service distribution centre day to day operational requirements by overseeing scheduling process with follow up on delivery results.
• Monitoring stock movement and report to management timely on stocks level and fix the discrepancies.
• Participate and oversee operations - shipment inbound, loading and delivery by coordinating service and distribution staff to avoid and delays in delivery schedule.
• Safeguarded total warehouse operations and mitigate any liability by establishing and implementing employee training, safety and security protocols
• Enforced proactive inspection and maintenance schedule to keep operational equipment in good condition and conduct internal audits.

Key Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Warehouse Operation/Supply Chain or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of Managerial working experience in total warehousing and distribution centre/logistic with 3PL is a MUST.
• Candidate with experience in storage of electrical/electronic product is preferred.
• Able to plan, result driven, self-starter and strong leadership skill.
• Computer literate with intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and familiar with WMS/SAP.
• Fluent both written and communication English and Mandarin is MUST.
• Immediate starter or with short notice is desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing：

Sourcing

• Lead new supplier sourcing, evaluation, audit, and onboarding processes
• Negotiate contracts with key and strategic suppliers, and establish long-term, trust-based partnerships
• Develop and manage supplier performance evaluation systems (QCDS: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service), and drive continuous improvement through regular reviews
• Manage supplier exit processes
• Identify and manage supply chain risks, and drive mitigation strategies such as supplier diversification and localization
• Collaborate with the costing team to conduct in-depth cost analysis and support negotiation strategies
• Lead annual or multi-year cost reduction negotiations and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to achieve sustainable cost savings

Buyer

• Create, release, confirm, and track purchase orders based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Monitor supplier production and delivery schedules, and resolve issues impacting on-time delivery
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance
• Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turnover through order adjustments
• Handle daily delivery and quality issues, working with SQE and relevant teams to drive timely resolution and corrective actions
• Initiate or support supplier reconciliation after goods receipt, and process payment requests in accordance with contract terms and reconciliation results
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order status and delivery information in the SAP system to ensure data integrity

Your Background & Experience：

• Diploma or above; field of study is not restricted.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment (Sourcing or Buyer roles) are preferred.
• Outstanding candidates without purchasing experience, including fresh graduates, are welcome to apply (fresh graduates will follow the company’s graduate salary scheme).
• Proficient in SAP system with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of cost structures and negotiation strategies; experience in independently handling procurement contracts is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and demonstrates a proactive and diligent attitude.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with flexibility, strong principles, and proven negotiation ability.
• Able to use both English and Mandarin as working languages.
