Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and young candidates for Senior Positions with expertise in Consultant Quantity Surveying to manage costs related to construction projects within a consultancy environment. The role focuses on managing all aspects of cost and contracts for construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• To prepare tender documents including measurements and Bills of Quantities.
• To prepare cost estimates.
• To be responsible in managing, monitoring and coordinating all quantity surveying work and contractual matters.
• To handle progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final accounts.

Requirements:

Huraian Kerja:

• Menghasilkan lukisan komponen untuk kipas, mengatur unit olok-olok dan berhubung dengan pihak pengeluaran mengenai fabrikasi kipas sebelum penyerahan untuk pengeluaran.
• Bekerja dalam satu pasukan untuk mereka bentuk siri peminat baharu. Ia merangkumi analisis, lukisan komponen, penciptaan BOM, entri Movex dan sebagainya.
• Mengendalikan reka bentuk tersuai, terutamanya paksi (dari fasa reka bentuk sehingga pengeluaran besar-besaran).
• Mereka bentuk struktur, jig dan mana-mana bahagian komponen yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugasan.
• Memeriksa/menguji produk atau prototaip untuk mematuhi spesifikasi dan fungsi yang dimaksudkan.

Requirements

 Job Descriptions:

• Produce component drawing for fans, arrange for mock unit and liaise with production on fan fabrication before handover for production.
• Working in a team to design new fan series. It includes analysis, component drawing, BOM creation, Movex entries etc.
• Handle custom design, mainly axial (from the design phase until mass production).
• Design structure, jig and any component parts required to complete the task.
• Check/test product or prototype to comply with specifications and intended function.
• Produce GA drawings and 3D IFC drawings.
• As a GA drawing controller for fan products, by ensuring the dimensions and data are correct based on the Systemair standards

Site and Commissioning

• Perform/Support site and commissioning, SAT and PAT
