The Regional Sales Manager for is responsible for managing the Field Sales Team on local level including the planning, coordinating of sales activities and goal setting for field sales. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the General Trade Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set the team and individual KPI’s (quantitative and qualitative). Communicate the KPI’s and structure effectively to the team.
2. Accountable for monitoring and achievement of the defined KPI’s. Manages and coaches the team to ensure they achieve the defined targets.
3. Prepares annual Point of Sales plan and is accountable for achievement of the established objectives (assortment, shelf, activation) for operational excellence at point of sales.
4. Defines quantitative and qualitative objectives by brand, supervises and execute monthly control of the annual plans by distributor.
5. Authorize POS budgets, supervise and track on monthly basis.
6. Together with Shopper Marketing Team define incentive criteria for direct reports and supervision of the rest of the team.
7. Supervise and track sell-out per route, and in case of deviations, define corrective actions.
8. Actively participate in the most important negotiations by clients of annual agreements, promotional activities, discounts, etc., with POS impact.
9. Actively participate in meetings with the Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing meetings for sharing projects, reviewing, and discussing the actions and their implementation, opportunities
10. Ensure appropriate and updated sales and business training programs for his team (sales rep’s and merchandisers). Align them with current strategy and objectives.

You will be the Salespoint of contact for all existing and potential customers to the hotel and will negotiate and confirm all events within the guidelines of the Hotels Sales Strategy. Additionally you will identify up-selling opportunities, maximize revenue through catering and group bookings, and provide efficient and effective service to handle customer inquiries within predefined parameters in order to close sales. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel.You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel. We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results.You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.

Role Description:

• Responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales of industrial service solutions and lifting equipment (overhead cranes and hoists). This position builds and maintains strong customer relationships, identifies opportunities for value-added services, and ensures customer satisfaction through tailored service and equipment solutions.

Key Tasks :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for service contracts, modernizations, spare parts, and new equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory/market segment.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tenders in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers at multiple levels.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending suitable Konecranes services and equipment solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote preventive maintenance, inspection services, and safety-focused solutions to enhance customer operations.
• Work closely with service and engineering teams to provide customized upgrade or modernization solutions for cranes and hoists.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry standards, and safety regulations to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Technical, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare timely sales forecasts and reports.
