JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.Attend to customer complaint and feedback to complaint.

2. Follow up on corrective and preventive action taken.

3. Schedule subcontract audit and follow up with subcontractor on quality issues.

4. Conduct monthly quality meeting and inter department meeting.

5. Approve testing lot.

6. Liaise with customer.

7. Evaluate & acknowledge certification (calibration).

8. Monitoring 6S/kaizen activity.

9. Approval for job output and target.

10. Filing/documentation/purchasing.

11. Monitoring QA activity and support subordinate work load when required. 12 Conduct training (to relevant staff) when required.

Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee all activities related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• In-charge of Document Control Center (DCC)- ensuring changes in manual, procedures and forms all well updated and distributed & proper upkeep the ISO documents according to retention periods.
• Respond to customer complaint and lead team in problem solving and quality improvement plan between project management, Production & Warehouse and customer.
• Review and support of sample Inspection and perform QA job periodically to ensure good quality control.
• Perform analysis on products and identify root cause, suggest solutions, investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee the calibration of measuring and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Identify key KPIs for product quality.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Management.
• Attend to ad-hoc task and be a team player.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC role
• Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels and proactive.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
• Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Choose output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.).

**Role: QC Cum Halal Executive - Food Manufacturing**

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, including Halal certification requirements.

- Maintain detailed documentation of quality tests, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.

- Ensure all products meet Halal standards and coordinate with Halal certification bodies for audits and certifications.

Job Description:

• Carry out building survey works especially on Building Structural, architectural, M&E inspections on the conditions and defect.

• Assist and monitor to ensure smooth operation of site activities and carrying out in accordance to the schedule and specification required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Building Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, M&E Services, Interior Design, Building Technology, or related fields, and/or be registered with RISM, RICS, or other relevant professional bodies.
• Have good knowledge and experience in general construction works, defect management and building pathology.
• Preferably experience with at least 2 years working experience specialized in building maintenance or engineering construction industry.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Offices, AutoCAD and relevant software
• Responsible, committed, and able to work independently with good communication and organizational skills, proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English.
• Must possess driving D license.

A. Documents Control

1) Assisting in managing quality document control system.

2) Preparing and revising Quality Procedures for process owner.

3) Preparing Document Change Notice.

4) Issuing document with identification of 'Master Copy', 'Controlled Copy', 'Uncontrolled Copy' and 'For

Training Purpose only'.

5) Updating and maintaining Document Master List and Records Master List and controlling the distribution

of documents within the Quality & Regulatory Compliance Management System (QRCMS).

6) Maintaining Master Copy, Controlled Copy and Obsolete documents.

B. Technical Documentation

1) Assisting in composing and maintaining Technical Documentation in accordance with EU MDR 2017/745 requirements.

2) Liaising with OM to obtain latest Technical Documentation periodically.

C. Audits

1) Assisting in planning and coordinating Supplier / OM's periodic evaluation audit.

2) Participating in Internal Audits, Supplier / OM's periodic evaluation audit and External Audit.

3) Compiling and maintaining audit files.

D. Design and Development

1) Communicating with OM to assess the feasibility of new designs or changes in existing designs.

2) Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing, QA / QC / RA, to align design and development project objective.

3) Preparing design plan and monitoring project timelines.

4) Preparing sample requisition form for design and development (SRD).

5) Organizing review meeting with team members on every design and development stages.

6) Conducting verification and validation on design and development product for compliance.

7) Completing and maintaining design and development files.

E. Artwork Verification

1) Checking, reviewing and verifying labelling of the device packaging to ensure compliance with customer requirement and Applicable Regulatory Requirements.

2) Liaising with supplier / designer / OM for artwork amendment and conversion.

3) Liaising with customer for artwork amendment and approval.

4) Compiling and maintaining Artwork File.

F. Others

1) Participating in Risk Management Team.

2) Assigning GS1 barcode number for new item / changed item.

3) Assigning lot number for legal manufacturer's product.
