JOBDESCRIPTION

To ensure appropriate quality management system in thecompany, to meet all regulatories' and customers' requirements.

• Ensure and establish an appropriate quality management system to meet customers' and authorities' requirements following appropriate guidelines.
• Ensure the Quality Culture Program is carried out.
• Ensure department target and schedule, and company target is met.
• Ensure preparation of GMP and product-related documentation and review.
• Ensure Change Control, Events (Deviations and Incidents) DIR, OOS, OOT, and complaint investigation and resolution and review.
• Ensure validation activities and quality risk assessment execution as per requirement.
• Ensure execution of qualification activities and review.
• Approval of Product release or rejection (Product Status Note).
• Ensure GMP training executions as per requirement.
• Approval of supplier and external contractor.
• Involved in internal and supplier audits.
• Ensure execution of cleaning studies/validation activities.
• Assist in handling all customers' requirements for questionnaires, declarations, statements, etc.
• Ensure the sales quality requirement of customers is met.
• Assist in correspondence, notification, and communication with customers via e-mail and/or conference calls.
• Ensure proper and smooth Technical transfer of new product.
• Ensure smooth customer and regulatory audits/inspection.
• Ensure mock recall or recall execution.
• Ensure timely implementation of CAPAs and their effectiveness monitoring.
• Involve in Q&CM (HQ-QA) documents review and discussion for improvement of QMS in the company.
• Any other QA department job assigned by the Head of the Quality Division.

REQUIREMENTS

·      Universitydegree in chemical related field.

·      Minimum5 years of QA related working experience.

·      GMPexperience in pharmaceutical field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT controls supporting business operations (e.g., ITACs, IPEs, EUCs).
• Maintain and oversee the IT Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective control ownership and execution.
• Assist in managing the IT Internal Control Framework, including planning, testing, and reporting of IT process risks and control gaps to provide assurance to stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance functions to support initiatives that strengthen IT risk management practices in line with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on IT and information security controls and obligations.
• Support the coordination and delivery of IT risk and controls awareness or training sessions.
• Assist in IT audits and regulatory reviews, including preparation of documentation and responses to information requests.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, including opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accountancy, Business, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT governance, risk, or internal controls, including exposure to IT control frameworks.
• Working knowledge of system development lifecycle, IT controls, and information security principles.
• Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CCSP) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) and eQMS, ensuring strict adherence to global medical device regulations including FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR, and ISO 13485
• Act as the Quality Management Representative for the Company
• Plan and execute annual Internal Audit to ensure all quality systems and procedures are effectively implemented and auditable at all times
• Participate in all new Projects, including giving inputs from quality perspectives, performing PFMEA etc
• Proper Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with Integrated Management System (IMS) Guidelines and certifications
• Manage the certification strategy and audit framework relevant to the IMS
• Standardization of the QMS

job requirement

• Degree in quality / engineering or equivalent
• Min 8 years of experience in QMS for medical devices
• Demonstrated capability in executing production line testing, planning incoming inspections, utilizing electronic QMS platforms, and managing CAPA investigations
• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with ultrasound medical devices will be a huge plus
• Experience managing contract manufacturers , sourcing them, establishing agreements, monitoring performance will be a plus
• Deep understanding and practical application of industry standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62304, Design Controls, and Risk Management
