1. Solar Equipment Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, cables, and related equipment.
• Perform receiving, checking, sorting, packing, labelling, and dispatch of materials.

5. General

• Manage and implement preventive maintenance programs for key infrastructure systems, including ACMV,M&E services, BMS, Security Access Control, Cleaning & Pest Control, Lands capping, and General Building Services, to ensure optimal performance and lifespan

• Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the facility, ensuring all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are working properly.

•Continuously monitor and liaise with the relevant regulatory authorities to ensure all relevant statutory and licensing issues are managed including Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration and HVAC compliance at all times to meet legislation/ regulatory requirements.           

• Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of engineering materials, consumables, PPE, tools, equipment, and critical spare parts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the Purchasing & Inventory Manager in procurement, import coordination and inventory management for food ingredients and spices. The incumbent will also provide coverage for selected duties during the Manager's absence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Import Coordination

• Verify suppliers' order confirmations against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders on shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inbound shipments, indent orders and samples, and maintain ETA reports.
• Handle import-related documentation and ensure accurate data entry into SAP.
