Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for the daily warehouse and administration operations.

Main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-

• Supervise all movements along the supply chain.
• Monitor day to day order and handle shipment planning via different mode of transportation for Key Customer
• Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters.
• Communicate and coordinate warehouse and shipping related matters with functional department such as IT, Customs Brokerage, Transport and Freight.
• Understand the application of shipping related documents such as FTA Documents, MSDS, etc.
• Understand the application of warehousing management system and importance of linkage with all shipping related matters.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all activities.
• Follow up closely with customers on operations issues, discrepancies and damages.
• Follow up closely with internal team on rectifying operations issues, discrepancies and damages, and ensure closure.
• Supervise and ensure export shipments/local orders, including documentation are delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse productivities and drive cost control initiatives and order fulfillment
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Ensure high standard on Safety and process compliances.
• KPI reporting
• Perform other job-related functions as and when assigned by the Team Lead/Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management and/or Industrial Engineering
• Atleast 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics/freight forwarding. 
• Experience in order customer service, shipping process and documentation.
• Strong communication and written skill in English and Mandarin.
• Willing and Fast Learner with good interpersonal skill
• Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic environment 
• Ability to think quickly and perform problem solving tasks, even with changing conditions
• Service oriented and a team player
• Competent in MS Word, MS Excel and WMS system

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure proper stock control.
• Improve warehouse processes and apply best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and shipping records.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse and inventory activities.
• Update inventory records and stock listings regularly.
• Support urgent or emergency deliveries when required..

SAP & Inventory Management

• Process Goods Receipts (GR) and Sales Deliveries in SAP.
• Handle stock transfers and inventory movements within SAP.
• Create and maintain warehouse storage locations in SAP.
• Manage Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Bill of Materials (BOM) issuance transactions.
• Generate monthly inventory reports for reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and support year-end audits.
• Assist auditors by providing inventory reports and documentation.
• Participate in annual stock take exercises.
• Reconcile consignment stock against physical inventory.
• Monitor long-aged inventory items for scrapping or buyback opportunities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company and financial controls.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Good knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) and inventory processes.
• Experience with stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily planning of work schedule for warehouse operation
• Priorities and monitor all warehouse assistance to complete their daily work (picker and packer)
• Ensure warehouse operating supplies (Carton, wrapping and essential material for warehouse use) are good for warehouse operational use on weekly and monthly basic
• Assist in Return items goods. (Reverse logistic process) Finish return procedure timely.
• Cooperate with operation and purchaser department for smooth good delivery.
• Assist in planning for shift in relation to overtime planning
• Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
• Where opportunity allow, marking/order should be complete well in advance by 2 days
• Other tasks assigned by manager

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above, proficient with warehouse management 
• 5 years or above supply chain (warehouse, transportation) or relevant working experience
• Working knowledge and experience with MS office
• Ability to lead a team under his supervision on a fast pace environment
• Ability to work under pressure under a fast pace environment
• Ability to fulfil orders in time and make preparation of packing with schedule and follow the company set SOP

Working Day & Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise & lead a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders.
• Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
