· Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.

· Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system

· Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

· Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.

· Functions as the Site EHS Assessor in the verification of hazardous works.

· Conduct EHS induction courses for new employees and contractors.

· Ensure that Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures are brief to workers and sub-contractor.

· Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.

· Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.

· Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.

· Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.

· Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.

· Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.

· Conduct WSH and other related training.

· Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

Job Requirement:

· WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate

· WAH assessor certificate.

Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site in accordance with project specifications and schedule
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on technical and site matters
• Ensure M&E works are carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct tool-box meetings, daily site inspections and attend safety meetings.

Qualification Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and Process Shipments Order:

o Process customer shipment orders, ensuring all relevant documentation (release notes, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists) is complete and accurate for inbound and outbound order processing

o Conduct periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy (inbound & outbound cargo, and year end stock take)

o Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) data inventory such as owner master, customer master, product master, etc.

· Documentation and Compliance:

o Prepare and submit required shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, permit declarations).

o Cargo clearance permit declaration and navigate tradenet for permit retrieval.

· Billing and Administrative Tasks:

o Handle billing responsibilities, ensuring all invoices are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

o Verify contractor invoices as needed.

o Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, mailing, and photocopying.

Job Summary

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing workplace safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. The role involves conducting site inspections, risk assessments, safety training, and monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the construction and semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Familiar with Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Experience working in semiconductor fabrication plant projects will be an advantage.

Job Description
