Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily manpower and material deployment
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor progress against project timeline and milestones
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety compliance
- Liaise with consultants, main contractor and client reps
- Review and submit daily/weekly site reports
- Manage material requisition and site logistics
Requirements
- Min. 5 years electrical supervisory experience
- Knowledge of M&E codes & safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Role overview
- Lead electrical site operations and field crews
- Oversee mechanical and electrical installation works
- Coordinate multi-trade activities on project site
- Report directly to Project Manager
