Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations as the primary point of contact for all building-related queries
• Maintain accurate tenant staff profiles within the access control system
• Administer parking allocations and provide support for tenant and guest parking requests
• Oversee visitor management, including handling virtual helpdesk queries on directions, access, and parking
• Attend weekly coordination meetings on building performance, covering technical, cleanliness, safety, and security matters
• Coordinate and implement building programmes, including wellness initiatives and innovation hub events
• Support renewal of relevant certifications such as Greenmark, WELL, and SmartScore
• Communicate updates on policies and operational practices to building occupants on behalf of the FM team
• Manage occupant amenities including web applications, café operations, pantries, meeting rooms, and shuttle services
• Assist the Facility/Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to building and tenant management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles
• Experience managing tenant relations or building operations
• Knowledge of built environment, innovation, or technology is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support for control systems including DCS/SIS, SCADA (FAST/TOOLS, STARDOM) and ExaQuantum to both internal and external customers.
• Receive and manage customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints related to installed systems and products.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting using specialized knowledge of control systems and related applications.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, particularly for technical and service-related matters.
• Coordinate with local country offices and Yokogawa Headquarters (Global Response Centre) to resolve technical issues and service cases.
• Support global dispatch activities for troubleshooting, commissioning, and on-site technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in 24-hour standby duty rotation, including overseas deployment on short notice for urgent support.
• Assist the Response Center Manager in managing crisis reports, service notes, complex issues, and affiliate dispatch requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in control system engineering, such as DCS, SIS, SCADA, STARDOM, ExaQuantum, PLC, or equivalent systems.
• Hands-on experience with systems such as CENTUM VP, ProSafe-RS, or similar industrial control platforms is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance skills in distributed control systems and industrial networks (e.g. L2/L3, firewalls).
• Conduct service, maintenance, and troubleshooting training for local country offices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with global teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to be on standby and travel overseas on short notice when required.

• Reporting to Manufacturing Manager and involve actively in hands-on assembly of machines.
• Ensure that production targets are met in terms of production cost, delivery lead-time, quality and reliability of machines with proper packaging before delivery.
• To read mechanical drawing.
• Perform precision lapping and polishing process with machines.
• Comply with all workshop procedures, safety regulations, directives and work instructions.
• Liaison with other personnel on production status, engineering matters, material supply, testing and quality issues for machine rectification and improvement.
• Perform mechanical fitting job, machine assembly and maintenance, which requires knowledge of machine fits and tolerances.
• Final packaging and transportation of machines upon completion.
• Quality Control Inspection.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S and to provide improvement suggestions monthly for continuous improvement.
• Other ad-hoc duty as required, including R&D projects.

◦ Follow safety protocols during installation and operation of video equipment.

◦ Work closely with lighting, audio, and staging teams to achieve cohesive AV solutions.

◦ Provide technical support during rehearsals and live events.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

◦ Maintain records of video equipment inventory, setups, and configurations.

◦ Report on equipment usage, repairs, and replacements to management.

◦ Provide feedback for improving video workflows and systems.
