Concrete Plant Technician – Job Scope

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting for batching plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensure concrete batching plant operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
• Repair and service electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Monitor plant performance and identify any operational issues or breakdowns.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with plant operators and production team to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control panel, sensors, motors, and batching system.
• Ensure calibration and accuracy of weighing and batching equipment.
• Record maintenance activities, repair works, and spare parts usage.
• Ensure plant machinery complies with safety and operational standards.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new plant equipment.
• Respond immediately to emergency breakdowns and technical issues.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and report shortages when necessary.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of workshop and plant area.
• Follow company SOP, safety regulations, and site requirements.
