Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production jobs with the Sensor & Machining teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor production efficiency, lead time, and cost-effectiveness

• Support quality standards under the guidance of the Production Manager

• Manage material planning, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely availability of materials

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Marketing Support

• Support programme activities from early planning stages through to product launch and delivery.

Coordination & Communication

• Assist in liaising with external partners or vendors to track updates and timelines.

Documentation & Data Support

• Prepare and organise product details, marketing materials, and packaging information.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support reporting and decision‑making.

Learning & Team Support

• Support ad‑hoc tasks related to campaigns, launches, or programme coordination.
• Learn and follow established processes and timelines to ensure work is completed accurately.
• Work closely with the team to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
