We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. Educational Qualifications and Skills :

- Mechanical Engineering degree holder

- Project management professional(PMP) or PRINCE2 is preferred.

- Construction manager in M&E for Infrastructure project or Commercial Building projects

- More than 10 year experience in construction industry

- Management experience as Construction Manager/ Project Manager more than 5 year experience in either Road tunnel or Underground MRT station

- Good understanding of Tunnel Ventilation System design and installation

- Prefer working experience with LTA or similar Government Authority

- Highly skilled in word, excel, power point

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the project team in handling site passes, permits, documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist project team with authority pass applications, permits, and site access documents.

• Coordinate with authorities, clients, internal teams, and site personnel for required submissions.

• Prepare, check, and submit documents accurately and on time.

• Track pass expiry dates and arrange renewals to avoid site access issues.

• Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, renewals, and related documents.

• Support project administration duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Liaise with site personnel to gather required information and supporting documents.

• Ensure all documents are complete and comply with project and authority requirements.

• Handle general admin duties and ad-hoc support as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.

• Experience in project administration, site pass application, permit submission, or document control will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Able to liaise with internal teams, site personnel, clients, and relevant authorities.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documents accurately.
