ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct business process mapping and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in current workflows.

• Collaborate closely with business units to ensure cross-functional project progress aligns with scope, timeline, and original ROI expectations.
• Assist in documenting and analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of business requirement documents, test cases, and proof-of-concept efforts.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Help gather and analyze operational data to support business decision-making.
• Participate in automating manual processes and reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams to support the rollout of new process and data solutions.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset by applying lean and agile methodologies and deploying advanced analytics solutions.

SanDisk is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior / Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our global backend manufacturing operations. This role will drive transformation programs that optimize cost, enhance operational agility, and strengthen our external manufacturing partnerships, enabling SanDisk to deliver high-quality, high-volume flash storage solutions at scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives:
  Lead and execute programs related to backend manufacturing transformation, including footprint optimization, regionalization, cost competitiveness, outsourced manufacturing strategy, and technology transitions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Coordinate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain to align program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Operational Analysis & Business Cases:
  Develop data-driven business cases for initiatives such as make vs. buy, geographical shifts, and capacity expansion or consolidation. Support executive decision-making with robust analytics and scenario planning.
• Program Governance:
  Establish governance models and cadences for program execution, including milestone tracking, risk management, change control, and stakeholder updates.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Define KPIs and success metrics for operational programs. Track performance post-implementation to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Executive Reporting:
  Create and present program updates, strategic reviews, and executive-level presentations to senior leadership, with a focus on actionable insights and clear outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final delivery of assigned products through the complete production cycle.
•  Works from published loading forecast and production readiness to establish production schedules, loading plans within capacity requirements.
• Responsible for production planning and fulfillment, including the required changes to loading plans up to managing daily shipments according to backlog in a timely fashion.
• Daily monitoring of WIP performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
• Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall MRP is driven correctly.
• Working with and drive cross functional teams to accomplish KPI e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance and MLT.
• Responsible to work with cross functional teams on ECO/ Quality/ Rework excursions.
• Responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting for KPI areas.
• Initiate & Drive improved Business or system process(es) to close gaps for continuous improvements.

The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project leads to develop digital tools, automate reporting, and improve operational visibility. • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating production data from multiple systems.
• Support automation of manual reporting processes using Excel, Power Automate, or similar tools.

• Assist in system testing, documentation, and user training materials for digital tools.
• Support project tracking activities (update status, follow up on action items).
