Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project schedules, progress, and site activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare project documentation, reports, work schedules, and submissions.
Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
Attend site meetings and maintain proper records of project updates.
Track project costs, variations, and work progress.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations.
Support Project Manager in daily project coordination and administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience in construction, M&E, or fire protection works preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of fire protection systems will be an added advantage.
