Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Director to lead our operational teams and optimise company performance. The ideal candidate will streamline workflows, improve efficiency and ensure all departments operate in alignment with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations and manage department performance to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term business strategies, goals, and profitability plans.
• Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices.
• KPI Monitoring: Analyse operational metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven management experience in an operations role or similar leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with operational software and industry regulations. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
