• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
• Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements
• Experience in a corporate secretarial, accounting, or professional services environment
• Able to work independently, manage timelines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Candidates with chartered secretary/governance qualifications will have an advantage
